Hajj Requirements
· Original passport valid for at least 6 months from traveling date (at least 2 blank visa pages side by side).
· For Non-American citizens, if applicable, clear copy of green card (front & back).
· 4 recent passport-size photos with white background and name on back of photo.
· Completely filled out and signed visa application.
· Original vaccination certificate for Meningitis vaccine.
· If you do not have a Muslim name on your documents then a certificate from your Islamic institution is needed to prove you are Muslim Proof of Conversion to Islam.
· Copy of marriage certificate if husband and wife are traveling together.
· Copy of birth certificate with both parents name on it if child is traveling with parents.
· Women travelling without Muhrem must be 45 and over and provide a ​notarized Muhrem letter.
